Chalets, Camping & Adventure

Elangeni Holiday Resort, in Mpumulanga, South Africa, is situated on the banks of the Elands River, on the N4 between Waterval Boven and Nelspruit. The resort is in a low risk malaria area and is the perfect breakaway to unspoilt nature.

The resort offers a swimming pool, a jungle gym, trampolines, fishing, bird watching, nature walks, luxury self-catering chalets under shady trees, rustic wooden chalets, caravan and tent camping sites. Activities include river tubing, hiking, obstacle course, zipline and lots more. The resort is ideal for school group outings and corporate team building. We also have a lapa and a stone hall for functions, a laundry and a small shop.

KLIPSPRINGER CABINS

Klipspringer Wooden Cabins offer base camp accommodation for hikers or for schoolgroups. There are 5 cabins, each accommodating 12 people. Klipspringer has a communal bathroom & kitchen.

SONBESIE HUT

Sonbesie is an overnight hut at kilometer 14 on the Klipspringer Hiking Trail. It can accommodate 32 hikers in 4 cabins.

Renowned for outstanding catering and food of supreme quality, we specialise in weddings, and hiring of a hall for functions, conferences, groups and more.

HIKING TRAIL

The Elangeni Hiking Trail, starting from Klipspringer Hut at Elangeni Resort is a 25km, 2 day hiking trail with waterfalls along the way.
The Sonbesie overnight hut is at kilometer 14 and offers communal ablution facilities and braai facilities.

SCHOOL GROUPS

We cater for school groups from 30 to 130 children. Accommodation for school groups is offered at the Klipspringer Hut. We can offer transport to school groups.

GROUP ACTIVITIES

Our group activities include a literia course, obstacle course, river tubing, tug of war, a 4km "green flag" educational hiking trail and more.

CARAVANNING & CAMPING

Our Caravan Park has 50 stands with power points and two ablution facilites with gas operated showers and electric lights.

Laundry facilities and meals can be arranged for guests. The resort offers fishing, bird watching and nature walks.

Koekoek Guest House

Koekoek is a self-Catering Guest House situated in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga, close to the Crocodile Bridge entrance gate to the Kruger National Park.
